Following the implementation of the Singapore Academy of Law (Amendment) Rules 2019 and Notaries Public (Amendment) Rules 2019 on October 1, 2019, the issuance of the Notarial Certificate is exclusively done through SAL's e-Register, with an associated authentication fee of $86.40.
